Lockheed T-33 "T-Bird"

In the late 1940s this aircraft was built as a TV-2 for the US Navy. Later, the Navy changed its designation to T-33B. In 1959 the plane was transfered to the FAA with civilian registation N151 who used it to calibrate Instrument Landing Systems at airports until 1966. Today it is painted to honor the T-33s that served at McConnell AFB.
